Holly's Law is proposed to be a mandatory, preventative, educational package that will be made available to all school children. This program will be designed to arm kids with the tools needed, to identify and deal with childhood sexual abuse.As a Human Rights issue, Children and their Parents will have the right to work towards the elimination of childhood sexual abuse.
With implementation, Holly's Law can save tax payers- the cost of mental health coverage when treating survivors, and will help to stop the cycle of improper social behaviour.No one will know~ unless We tell them; tell them early, so the cause makes an effective change.
The Advocates of Holly's Law would like to thank the Efforts made when Holly was honoured, by the renaming of a paragraph in the Martin's Hope Legislative Report. (Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness)
